Doing everything I thought I should do — working harder, longer, pushing, trying to stay positive — but nothing was changing.
The problem wasn’t effort.
The problem was invisible wiring underneath it all — the patterns, fears, and stories that ran the show in my unconscious mind & my body when I wasn’t looking.
